Voetballiefhebbers wereldwijd zijn sinds vrijdagochtend in de ban van een opvallende campagne op de sociale media. Via hun accounts dele topspelers en -speelsters wereldwijd foto's met als bijschrift 'Otro is coming'. Wie wat 'Otro' precies is, is voorlopig gissen.
Feit is wel dat het om iets behoorlijk groots gaat, dat blijkt uit de verschillende namen die aan de campagne deelnemen. Lionel Messi, Zinedine Zidane, Neymar, David Beckham, Eric Cantona, Paulo Dybala, Luis Suarez ... allemaal zijn zij blijkbaar betrokken. Vanuit Belgische hoek maakt ook Romelu Lukaku deel uit van 'het team'.
Het woordje 'Otro' is de Spaanse vertaling voor 'anders', maar meer weten we er voorlopig ook niet over. De voetballers wijzen met hun social media-posts naar de officiële website, daar staat voorlopig echter geen informatie. Geïnteresseerden kunnen zich met hun mailadres wel registreren om als eerste op de hoogte te worden gebracht bij de lancering op 3 december.
