Kevin De Bruyne is weer helemaal terug na zijn zware blessure. Afgelopen week maakte hij meteen indruk in de Premier League en Champions League. Zaterdag werd hem wat rust gegund en begon hij op de bank. Maar Manchester City had het in eigen huis onverwacht lastig met West Bromwich Albion. En dus kon Manuel Pellegrini niet anders dan zijn sterspeler in te brengen. Met succes. De Bruyne was opnieuw alomtegenwoordig en legde mee de basis voor de belangrijke 2-1 overwinning.
