Verbazingwekkend Leicester op titelkoers: "Onmogelijk, dit kan echt niet"

In de Premier League zorgde het verbazingwekkende Leicester City zaterdagmiddag voor een nieuwe stunt van formaat. De Foxes imponeerden op het veld van Manchester City en wonnen met fraaie 1-3-cijfers. In de stand staan ze nu aan de leiding met een voorsprong van zes punten. Het sprookje van Leicester is zelden gezien in het professionele voetbal. Afgelopen seizoen stond de club op zes februari nog laatste met een achterstand van vijf punten. En nu is ze tot ieders verbazing leider met een voorlopige voorsprong van zes punten. Waar eerder dit seizoen nog gelachen werd met de titelkansen van Leicester, is het nu nu één van de grote kanshebbers. Op Twitter waren de reacties alvast zeer positief.
