Really, really impressed with Kompany. No overly risky build-up, calm, collected, just managing the game.

Particularly impressed with press efficiency, how the backline/midfield much more tame than the forward press, to minimise chance of an opening.

Vincent Kompany gave me what I wanted. He now got my unconditional support. This is how I want my beloved FC Bayern to play. Make others fear us again, we‘re not a midtable club we‘re Bayern fucking München. Thank you for the ruthless 5-0. We are so back.

Two managerial masterclasses in your European Knockout debut.

2 clean sheets. 5 goals.

Showed he can adapt his style of play, and manage the game very well. Made a mockery out of one of the hottest coaches right now.
