I thought Brendan Rodgers spoke well in his post match interview. Doesn't seem happy with Balotelli. Signing him was always a risk.

With Sturridge out I don't know what options Rodgers has. Sterling not a centre forward, Lambert struggling for goals and not much pace.

Just highlights how unbelievably good Suarez was and how much Daniel Sturridge is missed.

If I was Brendan Rodgers I would pay an extra few million and try to get Origi to the club 6 months earlier than originally agreed.

I'd still start Balotelli at the weekend. I'm not a big fan of his but he has more class than most. Harsh to put all the blame on him.
